Skredfarevurdering
• Changes to the wind direction and speed gave more of the nice corn snow skiing today. Also south west faces are now starting to come into condition for spring skiing.
High on the mountain it is still possible to find cold snow, depending on aspect and steepness.
• The sun exposed slopes will warm up during the day, watch out for wet slides from steep slopes. Be aware of weakening cornices, both above you and at the summit/ridges. • The strategic mindset is “Spring diurnal”. Get your timing right, and nice and safe skiing awaits. Bring ski crampons for the ascent.
