Avalanches may release spontaneously on a few steep slopes. Avalanches can get large enough to bury or even kill you (size 2).

Snøoverflata har vore våt heilt til fjelltopphøgd. Torsdag og fredag kom det nysnø i fjellet.

Snødekket er for det meste smelteomvandla, men ein må framleis rekne med å finne lagdelt snø ved dei høgaste fjelltoppane i fastlandsdelen av regionen.

Det er lite snø igjen under 350-500 moh.

14 mm precipitation, up to 25 mm in the most exposed areas. Rain up to 600 m a.s.l Friday night. Fresh breeze from west, changing to strong breeze from the west during renoon. -4 °C to 2 °C at 700 m a.s.l. Cloudy.

Saturday 27. May 2023

6-10 mm precipitation. Precipitation as rain. Fresh breeze from west, changing to fresh breeze from the southeast during the afternoon. -4 °C to 3 °C at 700 m a.s.l. Cloudy.

Temperaturauke og litt regn kan føre til naturleg utløyste skred i snøen som kom fredag. Ver merksam på at der det heng igjen skavlar kan det vere fare for at skavlane kan brekke og falle ned. Der det ligg igjen snø på bratte svaberg kan det også vere fare for glideskred.
