You can easily trigger avalanches on some steep slopes. Avalanches are relatively harmless to people, but can knock you off balance. Can be dangerous close to terrain traps. (size 1)

Under skoggrensen ble snødekket gjennomfuktet i starten av januar opp til ca. 300 moh., men overflaten er nå fryst og bærende. Over skoggrensen er snøen ujevnt fordelt, hard og vindpåvirket.

Det kan være svake lag av kantkorn langsmed bakken i fjellet. Lagene ligger stort sett under harde flak og er vanskelige å påvirke, eller finnes i områder med lite snø.

1-4 mm precipitation. Rain up to 100 m a.s.l Wednesday night. Strong breeze from southeast. -11 °C to -5 °C at 1100 m a.s.l. Cloudy.

Thursday 12. January 2023

4-8 mm precipitation. Rain up to 500 m a.s.l during the afternoon. Fresh breeze from southeast, changing to strong breeze from the southwest during the afternoon. -6 °C to -2 °C at 1100 m a.s.l. Cloudy.
