It’s in general stable conditions, but it is possible to trigger small avalanches in steep terrain where the snow is very wet. Keep a safe distance to cornices and glide cracks.
In sun exposed slopes the sun can release small avalanches in new snow.

Det har smeltet mye snø den siste perioden, men det er fortsatt flere meter snø i lesider over 900 moh i N-NØ eksposisjon. Snøgrensa i øst- og nordvendt terreng er på ca. 450 moh, mens det er lite snø i andre himmelretninger. Snøoverflaten er våt til fjelltopphøyde. Det er synlige store skavler fra 1300-1400 moh og høyere. Over smelteelver begynner det å bli svake snøbroer og det er sprekker mellom bart fjell og omkringliggende snø.

Det er noen is- og skarelag i snødekket i nordvendt terreng, ellers er snødekket i hovedsak isotermt og smelteomvandlet fra topp til bunn.

3 mm precipitation, up to 10 mm in the most exposed areas. Rain up to 1000 m a.s.l Sunday night. Moderate gale from west, changing to fresh breeze from the northwest during the evening. -5 °C to 1 °C at 1400 m a.s.l. Partly cloudy.
