You can easily trigger avalanches on some steep slopes. Avalanches are relatively harmless to people, but can knock you off balance. Can be dangerous close to terrain traps. (size 1)

Snødekket er vått og smelteomvandla til topps. Det byrjar å bli lite snø i sydsider. Ryggar og oppstikkande terrengformasjonar er mange stadar snøfrie. Nedre snøgrense ligg på 900-1000 moh. I høgfjellet kan det finnast restar av lagdelinger og skarelag i snødekket.

Det har ikkje vore målt minusgrader ved målestasjonar i regionen siste veke fram til laurdag.

Avalanche risk assessment

Delvis skya vêr gjer at soloppvarminga av snødekket vert mindre. Våte laussnøskred vil difor ikkje bli så store. Det kan framleis gå glideskred, men mindre snø i fjellet gjer at desse heller ikkje vil bli så store og dei fleste glideskreda som skal gå har allereie gått. Der det framleis er skavlar lyt ein vere merksam på fare for skavlbrekk.
