Avalanche risk assessment
Våte flakskred kan forekomme der smeltevann har hopet seg opp over skarelag eller ved bakken. Drenering av det våte snødekket etter mye snøsmelting lørdag vil ta litt tid. Bratt terreng i høyfjellet er mest utsatt. Her er snøen minst omdannet fra før. Der snøoverflaten er løs og våt i bratt terreng kan det være fare for våte løssnøskred. Disse kan utløses av skikjører. Synkende temperatur vil etter hvert føre til stabilisering av snødekket. I fjellet finnes fortsatt områder med skavler som svekkes i varmen. Unngå ferdsel under og nær disse.
