Det er fortsatt en del snø i terrenget, men ujevnt fordelt og mye bare rabber. Mildvær de siste dagene har sannsynligvis fuktet nysnøen som kom i forrige uke. Gammelt snødekke består i hovedsak av smelteformer.

Mildvær gjør at enkelte små våte løssnøskred kan løsne naturlig, særlig dersom sola titter frem. En skiløper eller skuterkjører kan også lett løse ut små løssnøskred der snøen er myk og fuktig.
