Description
A polar low will Mondag 12 UTC develop at Nordbanken and will move in southeasterly direction. Late Monday evening, the center will be in southeastern parts of Kildinbanken. West of center northerly storm force 10 is expected. The low is expected to weaken early Tuesday morning.
