Consequence
Abrupt change in wind speed and wind direction. It can be difficult to navigate due to snow, blowing snow and reduced visibility. It can be locally difficult driving conditions due to heavy snowfall in combination with wind.

Description
A polar low is developing east of Bear Island. The low will move southwesteards, and probably reach the Vesteråls banks Monday afternoon. The low is expected to give north gale force 8 to severe gale force 9 west for the senter.
