You can easily trigger avalanches on a few steep slopes. Avalanches are relatively harmless to people, but can knock you off balance. Can be dangerous close to terrain traps. (size 1)

Det er stort sett hard vindpåvirket snøoverflate.

Det meldes om kantkorn under fokksnøen. Men flakene er små og det observeres ikke faretegn.

Observasjon fra Fauske onsdag meldte om lite løs snø tilgjengelig for transport.

2-5 mm precipitation. Precipitation as snow. Breeze from southwest, changing to breeze from the north during the afternoon. -24 °C to -9 °C at 1100 m a.s.l. Partly cloudy.

Thursday 4. April 2024

No precipitation. Fresh breeze from southeast. -25 °C to -11 °C at 1100 m a.s.l. Clear skies.

Det er generelt stabile forhold, men det kan fortsatt være mulig å løse ut små skred der det har lagt seg fokksnøflak. Det er kaldt, og spesielt i nordvendte heng kan det ta tid før flakene stabiliseres.

Hvis sola tar nok kan det løsne noen små løssnøskred i bratt solvendt terreng som har fått nysnø.
