Nysnøen som kom i forrige veke har stort sett smelta bort eller er omdanna. Det gamle snødekket vart smelteomdanna under mildvêr i april og vert rekna som stabilt med god drenering av smeltevatn. Under 1100 moh er snødekket tynt og usamanhengande.

Natt til onsdag har det vore 0 °C på Blåsjø (1100 moh) i Bykleheiane.

Det er no venta at snødekket et omdanna i alle høgder og himmelretningar. Sjølv om det er varmt og snøen i overflata er våt vil det vere vanskelieg å løyse ut skred og det er difor ikkje varsla nokon skredproblem i regionen.
