You can easily trigger avalanches on some steep slopes. Avalanches are relatively harmless to people, but can knock you off balance. Can be dangerous close to terrain traps. (size 1)

Snøoverflaten er for det meste smelteomvandlet og hard etter mildvær med påfølgende gjenfrysing. Høyt til fjells kan det fortsatt være tørr fokksnø i skyggesider.

Fredag formiddag er det klart og kaldt vær, det har vært nattefrost.

Der sola tar godt kan en skiløper løse ut små våte skred i bratte solhellinger hvor snøoverflaten blir våt og myk. Skiføret er best når bare de øverste få cm er smeltet, når overflaten blir veldig myk øker skredfaren og skiføret blir dårligere.
