You can easily trigger avalanches on a few steep slopes. Avalanches are relatively harmless to people, but can knock you off balance. Can be dangerous close to terrain traps. (size 1)

Snødekket har falt mykje saman i det siste og snøen trekk oppover. Snøgrensa er varierande etter himmelretning og terrengform. Høgfjellet har fortsatt mykje snø for årstida, og der snødekket er tjukt kan snøen fortsatt ha lagdeling. Tynnare snødekke er grovkorna utan lagdeling og meir råtten. Det er fortsatt store toppskavlar enkelte stader, sjølv om mange har ramla ned. Det er færre sigesprekker å sjå, men fortsatt nokre att.

Avalanche risk assessment

Kjøligare vær bremsar snøsmeltinga, noko regn opprettheld smeltinga. Det kan være lett å løyse ut små våte laussnøskred i bratt terreng. Ellers stabilt.

Ved sigesprekker er det forhold for glideskred.
