No snowdrift 0 cm new snow Wind slab (hard slab) Dry Der vinden ikke har pakket nysnø er det et godt utviklet lag med kantkorn på overflaten. I le der sneen er kompakt ligger også kantkorn under 10-15 cm med delvis omdannet nysne. Store forskjeller innenfor små områder.
