Snødekket er tynt og ujevnt fordelt over skoggrensa. Mange steder er det avblåst og hardt, i noen leområder høyt til fjells ligger det fokksnø som nå er stabilisert av mildvær. I lavlandet er det lite eller ingen snø.

Det finnes et kantkornlag dypt i det gamle smelteomvandlede snødekket men det er ikke et skredproblem slik situasjonen er nå.

Lørdag er det plussgrader nesten til topps og lett regn.

3-7 mm precipitation. Strong breeze from northwest, changing to fresh breeze from the northwest Saturday night. -3 °C to 0 °C at 1400 m a.s.l. Cloudy.

Sunday 6. January 2019

4 mm precipitation, up to 10 mm in the most exposed areas. Breeze from west. -8 °C to 0 °C at 1400 m a.s.l. Partly cloudy.

Snødekket er stort sett stabilt, men i noen få leområder vil det legge seg opp små ferske nysnøflak som vil stabilisere seg fort.
