Generally stable conditions, but wind slabs can be present in isolated features. Persistent weak layers are lingering in the snowpack, but is not reactive at the moment.

You can trigger avalanches on a few steep slopes. Avalanches are relatively harmless to people, but can knock you off balance. Can be dangerous close to terrain traps. (size 1)

Snøoverflaten er vindpåvirket og består av kompakte, harde fokksnøflak og skare. I noen lesider finnes det mindre områder med lett, vindpakket snø. Rygger og oppstikkende partier er generelt avblåst.

Observasjoner tilsier at det er utviklet kantkornlag under skarelag nede i snødekket. Men dette er de fleste steder beskyttet av hard overliggende snø og utgjør ikke et problem for øyeblikket.
