You can easily trigger avalanches on a few steep slopes. Avalanches are relatively harmless to people, but can knock you off balance. Can be dangerous close to terrain traps. (size 1)

Det er lite snø igjen i regionen og gjenværende snø er smelteomvandlet og drenerer smeltevann godt.
I øst- og nordvendte botner er det sammenhengende snødekke over ca. 1300 moh. I sør og vestvendte områder er det lite eller ingen snø.

Natt til onsdag 29.05 ble det målt -4 grader ved Blåsjø 1105 moh.

Thursday 30. May 2019

5 mm precipitation, up to 12 mm in the most exposed areas. Breeze from southwest. -1 °C to 5 °C at 1100 m a.s.l. Partly cloudy.

Avalanche risk assessment

Nysnø vil legge seg over et hardt gammelt snødekke og danne nysnøflak som vil kunne føre til små skred. Det gamle snødekket tåler både regn og varme godt. Det er smelteomvandlet og har ingen ugunstig lagdeling.
