You can easily trigger avalanches on a few steep slopes. Avalanches are relatively harmless to people, but can knock you off balance. Can be dangerous close to terrain traps. (size 1)

Det smeltar godt og snøgrensa kryp stadig oppover. I ytre strøk og under 800-900 moh er det generelt lite snø og det som finnes har vore utsatt for smelting, regn og høge temperaturar. I indre strøk og høgt til fjells kan ein fortsatt finne skiføre nokre stader.

Observasjoner viser til lite snø for årstida og sommaren brer om seg i terrenget.

Avalanche risk assessment

Generelt stabile forhold i eit forutsigbart snødekke som har gjennomgått førefall. Det kan ligge rester av finkorna snø på dei høgaste toppane etter nedbøren pinsehelga. Lågare temperaturar kan gi gjenfrysing av snødekket på dei høgaste toppane, men skyer vil hindre utstråling. Ellers vil hardheiten på snøoverflata bli styrt av temperatursvinging gjennom dagen.
