You can easily trigger avalanches on a few steep slopes. Avalanches are relatively harmless to people, but can knock you off balance. Can be dangerous close to terrain traps. (size 1)

7 mm precipitation, up to 12 mm in the most exposed areas. Rain up to 600 m a.s.l during the afternoon. Fresh breeze from southwest, changing to strong breeze from the west during the afternoon. -6 °C to -1 °C at 1100 m a.s.l. Cloudy.

Avalanche risk assessment

Generelt stabile forhold, men litt snø og vind kan lage ferske flak i fjellet. Der snøen er våt og mjuk kan det også vere mogeleg å løyse ut enkelte små våte laussnøskred. Ver merksam på at der det heng igjen skavlar kan det vere fare for at skavlane kan brekke og falle ned. Men observasjonar tyder på at mange skavlar allereie har falt ned. Der det ligg igjen snø på bratte svaberg kan det også vere fare for glideskred.
