Be careful in lee areas with wind deposited snow. Wind slabs are especially easy to trigger where they are thin or soft.

You can easily trigger avalanches on a few steep slopes. Avalanches can get large enough to bury or even kill you (size 2).

I skogen ligger det svært mye tørr løssnø. Over tregrensa er det myke eller harde fokksnøflak og stedvis områder med løs snø. Det gamle snødekket er stort sett smelteomvandlet og har en gunstig oppbygging.

Det ligger et lag av kantkorn dypt i snødekket. Dette laget er vanskelig å påvirke og anses ikke som problem for tiden.

10 mm precipitation, up to 25 mm in the most exposed areas. Precipitation as snow. Fresh breeze from southwest, changing to moderate gale from the southwest during renoon. -26 °C to -12 °C at 1100 m a.s.l. Partly cloudy.

5 mm precipitation, up to 10 mm in the most exposed areas. Precipitation as snow. Breeze from southwest. -17 °C to -10 °C at 1100 m a.s.l. Partly cloudy.

Det finnes ustabile fokksnøflak over tregrensen som en person vil kunne lett løse ut. På grunn av skiftende vindretning de siste dagene vil mange himmelretninger være utsatt. Kaldt vær gjør at stabilisering av fokksnøen tar tid.
