Avalanche warning for region Finnmarkskysten Friday 10.12.2021

Danger level 1 - Low avalanche danger

Published:

Generally safe avalanche conditions. Be aware that there can be pockets with persistent weak layers and unstable wind slabs. Generally little snow and a lot of rocks, be careful in and around terrain traps.

Avalanche problems

Persistent weak layer (slab avalanches)

You can trigger avalanches on a few steep slopes. Avalanches can get large enough to bury or even kill you (size 2).

Advice
