Wet snow (loose snow avalanches)

You can easily trigger avalanches on a few steep slopes. Avalanches are relatively harmless to people, but can knock you off balance. Can be dangerous close to terrain traps. (size 1)

Høyt til fjells kan det ha kommet litt nysnø i helgen, men ellers har det vært stor snøsmelting den siste tiden som har hevet snøgrensa, og det er lite snø på kysten og i sørvendte hellinger. Den snøen som finnest er i hovedsak blitt smelteomvandlet, og veksler mellom våt grovkornet snø og skare.
