Description
From Monday morning it is risk of much ice in Finnmark, due to freezing rain. The danger begins in west due to rising temperature and later the temperatures rises in east as well. During the day the temperatures rises further, and the danger decreases, again first in west. The rain will freeze on the ground, as well as on vehicles and other objects.
