You can easily trigger avalanches on some steep slopes. Avalanches can get large enough to bury or even kill you (size 2).

Etter det kraftige mildværet torsdag, har nå snødekket fryst til igjen og består av skare med fersk fokksnø, spesielt lengst vest i regionen.
Det er generelt lite snø i regionen. Det er fremdeles mye oppstikkende stein og vegetasjon.

Little to no precipitation. Strong breeze from west. -4 °C to 0 °C at 1100 m a.s.l. Cloudy.

6 mm precipitation, up to 12 mm in the most exposed areas. Rain up to 1000 m a.s.l Wednesday night. Strong breeze from west, changing to moderate gale from the northwest during the afternoon. -10 °C to 1 °C at 1100 m a.s.l. Partly cloudy.

Avalanche risk assessment

Nysnø og vind vil danne ferske flak i leheng som vil være lett å løse ut. Skredproblemet er størst lengst vest i regionen, høyt til fjells. Det gamle snødekket anses som stabilt.
Oppstikkende stein kan føre til at selv mindre skred kan få store konsekvenser.
