Snø ned til fjæra i N vendt terreng og der hvor snødekket har vært tykt i vinter. Bart der det har vært tynt snødekke tidligere (f.eks N vendt langs E6 Langfjorden). Rundt Alta SØ i regionen er det barmark opp til 2-300 moh.
