You can trigger avalanches on some steep slopes. Avalanches are relatively harmless to people, but can knock you off balance. Can be dangerous close to terrain traps. (size 1)

Det er generelt lite snø i igjen i regionen med mest snø i øst- og nordvendt terreng, i nordvestlige deler av regionen.
Det gamle snødekket er i stor grad preget av varme og regn. Snødekket består generelt av smelteomvandlete kornformer og drenerer smeltevann godt, men i skyggevendte områder over ca 1800 moh kan det finnes finkornet snø under overflaten, samt lagdeling og skarelag som kan samle opp vann.

Natt til mandag 27.05 ble det målt -4 grader på Juvasshøe, 1894 moh.

Avalanche risk assessment

Kaldere vær vil fryse til det gjenværende snødekket og skredaktivitet vurderes som lite sannsynlig. Snødekket tåler i hovedsak både regn og varme godt. Opp til ca 1800 moh er det smelteomvandlet og har ingen ugunstig lagdeling.
