You can easily trigger avalanches on a few steep slopes. Avalanches are relatively harmless to people, but can knock you off balance. Can be dangerous close to terrain traps. (size 1)

Det er lite snø igjen i regionen og man må stort sett over 1300 moh for å finne sammenhengende skiføre.
Hele snødekket består nå i hovedsak av isotermt smelteomvandlet snø og er stabilt.

Siste tiden har det vært plussgrader hele døgnet helt til topps i regionen.

Avalanche risk assessment

Snødekket ventes generelt å ha tilpasset seg varme og regn siste tiden, men fortsatt kan det være mulig å løse ut små våte løssnøskred i enkelte bratte fjellsider.
Temperaturen går gradvis ned utover dagen, slik at på de høyeste toppene kan snøoverflaten fryse til. Dette demper smelting og virker stabiliserende på snødekket.
