Mildvær og solinnstråling har påvirka snødekket til topps. Grovkorna snø lågt i fjellet. I høgda er snødekket meir finkorna og lagdelt.

Kantkornlag høgt i snødekket er i ferd med å bli varmepåvirka og vil gradvis bli borte.
I høgda er det tjukkare kantkornlag djupt i snødekket.

4-5 mm precipitation. Strong breeze from southeast, changing to fresh breeze from the southeast during the afternoon. -1 °C to 7 °C at 1100 m a.s.l. Partly cloudy.

Avalanche risk assessment

Høg varme og litt regn gir smelting og vatn i snødekket. Vind kan gi ei kjølande effekt på snødekket. Varmen siste dagane har omdanna og stabilisert mykje av snødekket lågt i fjellet, men fortsatt forhold for naturlig utløste våte skred i høgda. Vær varsom i og ved skredterreng dersom snødekket virker råttent og vassmetta, og det blir skredaktivitet i bratte heng. Toppskavler blir svekka i varmen.
