Snow cover (in Norwegian)

Tuesday 18. January 2022

Mountain weather

Tuesday 18. January 2022

12 mm precipitation, up to 20 mm in the most exposed areas. Rain up to 900 m a.s.l during the afternoon. Gale from south, changing to moderate gale from the southwest during the afternoon. -5 °C to 4 °C at 700 m a.s.l. Cloudy.

Wednesday 19. January 2022

10 mm precipitation, up to 15 mm in the most exposed areas. Rain up to 800 m a.s.l Wednesday night. Fresh breeze from southwest, changing to moderate gale from the northwest during the evening. -5 °C to 3 °C at 700 m a.s.l. Cloudy.

Advice

The bulletin is a planning tool and may differ from the actual situation. Always make your own evaluation. To be 100 % avalanche safe, avoid all avalanche terrain.

Avalanche risk assessment
